Express Drop Off Information
Our Express Check-in is the fastest check-in option PLUS there is NO extra fee! You simply bring in your items and hang clothing on a rack. We will do a quick check to ensure items are hung and tagged properly and then have you sign our consignor agreement. Our volunteers will quality check and place your items onto the sales floor. We will not count your items to verify they are present, however we will do our best to account for every item you bring, but you will have no guarantee if items are missing at the end of the sale. If you choose regular check in, all items will be scanned, quality checked and then you are asked to place items on the sales floor.
An appointment is still required to bring your items. You may choose to express drop-off your items during any of our regular appointment times, just let us know when you arrive.
What's New for the Fall/Winter 2024 Sale?

- We have increased our item limit to 35,000 items and removed the option for Restock. (Our previous limit was 32,000 items and 2,500 restock items)
- We will be accepting small toys such as happy meal toys and small stuffed animals to send with our Honduras mission team for their children's ministry. Please look for donation boxes during item drop off and during the sale.

- Please Note the following guidelines for when our outside glass doors open and close:
- During drop off, doors will open 30 minutes prior to our first appointment.
- Doors will close 10 minutes after the last appointment each day.
- PreSale — doors will open at 3:30p.
- Public Sale — doors will open 30 minutes prior to the sale.
Here are a few reminders that are always good to know:
- During Dropoff, you must already have all of your items tagged, brought in, hung on a rack and ready to check in by your appointment time. If you are not ready at that time, you may be asked to Express check in your items or to reschedule.
- If you have more than 200 items to check in, we request that you book two twenty minute Drop off slots. Choose your first drop off slot through our website and then email us to schedule your next consecutive slot. Please do not choose the last time slot of the day so we can better serve you.
- Tag and Supply Pick Up (If you request for us to print your tags, this is when you may pick them up. You can also purchase tagging guns at this time.):
- Sunday, August 18, 3-4p
- Sunday, September 8, 3-4p
- Saturday, September 14, 1-4.
